Providing Essential Care: Our Support for Needy Women and Their Children

At Shri Ram Sharnam Charitable Trust, we believe in equality and the fundamental right of every individual to access quality healthcare and essential support. Our mission is to empower underprivileged children by providing them with basic necessities.

Our primary focus is providing food to homeless individuals. As our trust members believe in the power of giving, we also plan to offer additional community support. This includes educating 10 children who cannot attend school, fulfilling their basic needs, and providing essential amenities. Additionally, we aim to help widows by teaching them embroidery skills and connecting them with potential employers. We also provide basic amenities to some families.

Recently, our foundation encountered a group of women whose children were suffering from various health issues. Our trust held an urgent meeting to address this situation and decided to provide them with monthly medicines and financial assistance. This support has given their mothers much-needed peace of mind.

Our Challenges:

We have faced challenges, such as the financial strain of providing free medicines before launching our donation drive. However, our dedicated members came together to provide necessary funds. Since our foundation’s inception on February 28, 2024, we have struggled to generate donations due to the insufficient transparency about how funds are used. To address this, we have started our website and in addition to that we are opening our office and launching a food drive that will be conducted four times a month. We encourage everyone to donate essential items like flour, rice, and pulses. Your generosity will directly help those in need.

One of our long-term goals is to establish an orphanage and an old-age home to provide care and support to vulnerable children and the elderly.
